We believe it is important to remember those who have died or to offer a special intention for someone living by dedicating a Mass to your intention. Please fill out the form below if you would like to request such an intention.
Our Mass book for 2023 is open. We will pray for you or your loved one on the date requested and your mass intention will be published in our Saint Augustine - Saint Francis Xavier bulletin.
Please call the office 718.638.1880 to make sure the dates are available before making your payment. If the date that you choose is not available we may have to move it to another date. Payment for mass intentions can be made by credit/debit echeck or can be mailed in to our office:

Bulletin mass intentions are $15 per mass.
**If you pay via credit/debit or echeck a processing fee will be added to your payment: 3.45% for credit card or 0.4% for electronic check.
